This is a basic french toast recipe altered to be healthier. It includes whole wheat bread, eggs, reduced fat milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. The french toast is topped with reduced fat syrup, powdered sugar, and fresh fruits like raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.
