Grilled Tuna Melt Empty Grilled Tuna Melt

A tuna sandwich made similar to a grilled cheese

Grilled Tuna Melt
2 slices of whole wheat bread
½ can of tuna
1 slice 2% provolone cheese
2 slices of lettuce
¼ cup of tomato
1 tablespoon of onion
1 tablespoon of green pepper

Drain can of tuna. Pour half the can of tuna in small to medium bowl. Dice the onion, green pepper, and tomato into small pieces. Measure out the correct amounts and mix the tuna, onion, green pepper, and tomato together in the small to medium bowl. Put the lettuce slices on one piece of bread with the slice of provolone cheese. Put the tuna mixture on top of the cheese/lettuce and place the second piece of bread on top. Get a medium to small pan and spray with Pam and put of stove with medium heat. Put the sandwich in the pan and brown both sides.
