Health salad
1 large head of shredded cabbage
2 grated carrots
3 sliced cucumbers
1 diced green pepper
1 thinly sliced red onion
4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1. Mix together salt, vinegar, oil, sugar and water to make a dressing
2. Mix dressing with vegetables
3. Marinade overnight (or up to 2-3 days)
