Yummy 200-cal Smoothie - Kate Giere
1 small banana
1 6-oz light yogurt (preferably fruit-flavored)
1/2 c. frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
5-7 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add a few extra berries on top to garnish.
***Add coconut or vanilla extract for a tasty twist!
